At Podar, we have a rich legacy of 94 years, branches of which are penetrating all parts of India. Podar Education Network has a centralized curriculum, its own independent curriculum designing committee, and a centralized system of examination which ensures complete transparency in student assessments.
We recruit a well qualified and well-experienced staff to ensure high-quality teaching in and outside the classroom. We provide professional training to all the staff through workshops and seminars, our teachers are trained internally and externally, to achieve higher goals in learning by the students through online or offline methods, tuitions are not encouraged and promoted, whereas we provide additional help to the students in form of remedial classes giving personalized attention.
Along with the competent teachers, we have a learning ambience that is conducive to the overall development of the child. All the classrooms are equipped with the latest information and communication technology. The entire campus is under the surveillance of CCTV, well-trained support staff to help the students attending to childhood needs thus we ensure complete safety and security to the apples of your eyes.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy that is why we stress on physical development and mental well being of our loving students, through a regular hobby and sports period inducing their kinesthetic learning.
The most important aim of our school is to provide a happy and safe environment, where the students will enjoy coming to school and satisfy their thirst for knowledge. We strongly oppose corporal punishments given to the children and comply with the Zero Tolerance Policy. We believe that every child is unique and has a certain set of skills that needs to be identified and groomed effectively.
We are happy to inform you that the school has a proven track record in ICSE and ISC Board Results. This was possible due to the hard work and consistency of our students, numerous interventions, teamwork, and diligence by staff. It is hoped that this standard will be maintained and sure to get improved upon as we are determined and ready to work hard.
We encourage open dialogue between parents and teachers, we know that the parents play a vital role in the child’s development and therefore we conduct a regular parent-teacher meeting where the strengths and areas of improvement are discussed to achieve the desired goal. A frequent feedback mechanism does exist to keep the parent updated about the student’s performance and activities in the school. The stronger the bond with the parent the easier it will be to achieve the expectations. We will always require your support and your constructive suggestions will always be welcome.
