Taluka level Chess Competition was organised by Education and Sports Department, Maharashtra at Kareshwar English Medium School, Karegaon on 29th August 2023.

We are happy to announce that the students of Podar International School, Shirur stood at Second position and selected for District Level Competition. Around 350 students participated from the whole Tehsil in this competition. This accomplishment showcases the hardwork demonstrated by our students.

The winners are:
1. Vidhi Chhajed - Silver Medal (Under 17- Girls)
2. Piyush Tambe - Silver Medal (Under 17- Boys)
