As part of the Volunteer Programme named JOY OF GIVING, the students of PIS SAMASTIPUR were taken to a local Cowshed (Shree Gaushaala, Bahadurpur, Samastipur) on 28/11/2024. The students were accompanied by the teachers and led by our hon'ble Principal Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR. At the Cowshed, the students offered a variety of fodder to the cows. They also interacted with the manager there and learned about the care of the cows.
It was a unique experience for the students. They appeared joyous and imbibed the lesson of thinking and caring for cows. Our hon'ble Principal Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR assured the students of organizing this type of voluntary activity more often in the future.

The Constitution of India is the pivot around which the entire gamut of governance revolves. It is a legal document that supports the very fulcrum of the democratic set-up. 26th November is observed as the Constitution Day in India.
Keeping this spirit in mind, the students of Podar International School organized a mass reading of the Preamble to the Constitution in a special assembly. The students also took a pledge to abide by the values enshrined in the Constitution. The assembly was also addressed by Honorable Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear, who highlighted the importance and utility of this sacred document.

Caring for our environment should be our top priority. Keeping this in mind, the primary grade children of PIS SAMASTIPUR participated in a Plantation Drive on the campus on 25/11/24.
The children came with a variety of saplings and planted them with the assistance of our gardener. The happiness of the children was something to watch for.

'Diwali reminds us of the importance of light and the need of chasing away darkness from our life.'
A cultural programme highlighting the importance of Diwali and Chhath Puja was organized at PIS SAMASTIPUR on 29/10/24. A large number of students from Grade 1 to 10 participated in this programme, presenting an array of items ranging from speech to song and dance. The students, coming in colourful dresses, replicated the ambience of Diwali and Chhath Puja. It was a mega event that lasted for over 2 hours.
Our Hon'ble Principal Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR lighted the lamp and addressed the gathering. He dwelt on the symbolism associated with the festival of light and highlighted the importance of Chhath Puja. 'Learning is all about observations.'
The Jumpstart Event is an activity carried out at the start of the Thematic Unit to immerse the students in the theme without telling them what it is all about. The Jumpstart Event activity is designed to hook the students, capture their imagination, and generate curiosity about the upcoming Thematic Unit.
The theme is PATTERN PRISM. The aim is to discover various patterns or shapes in the world around us. The students were told to write something when the word "Pattern" came to their minds. This was followed by a series of activities designed to draw various shapes that we see every day. The students designed shapes with the help of matchsticks, sticky notes, straws, and the likes. After making patterns, they pasted them on the display boards.
Hon'ble Principal Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR paid a visit to the classes and appreciated the efforts of the students. He encouraged the students to enhance the spirit of enquiry. Our Vice Principal Mr. Chandan Kumar Chaudhary also motivated the students and applauded their understanding and expression.

The field trips for the students are going on at PIS SAMASTIPUR. After Grade 1 & 2, the opportunity came for the students of Grade 3 & 4 today. The trip was to R.A.U., PUSA, SAMASTIPUR. This Central Agriculture University, located in one of the most fertile areas in the world and established by Mr. Henry Phipps of the USA in 1905, has a series of exciting things for the students to explore, ranging from its various botanical gardens to its sprawling central library. It was an ideal place for the students to ignite their minds.
The bus was flagged off by our Hon'ble Principal Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR at 9 AM. He wished the students good luck and a happy journey. The students of Grade 3 & 4 were accompanied by our Vice Principal Mr. CHANDAN KUMAR CHAUDHARY and a team of teachers. The university staff were cordial and welcoming to our curious students, helping them explore the campus. The Podarites had a real fun and informative day.

A SHORT TRIP TO CENTRAL AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY, PUSA CONDUCTED BY PIS SAMASTIPUR
'A field trip is both: pleasure and knowledge.'
Field trips are an integral part of academic life. They provide both pleasure and education. Keeping this in mind, PIS Samastipur organized a field trip to PUSA UNIVERSITY on 26.10.2024 for Grade 1 & 2. The students reached the place at 9.30 AM and enjoyed their time there for nearly 4 hours. They made an extensive tour of the campus, observed the flora, and studied a couple of varieties of plants with the help of university instructors. They had lunch around 12.30 PM. A team of Podar faculty accompanied the curious students and helped them explore new things. It was truly an adventure.
Hon'ble Principal Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR flagged off the buses at 9.00 AM, wishing the students good luck. Respected Vice Principal Mr. CHANDAN KUMAR CHAUDHARY also accompanied the students on the trip.

The 2nd OPEN HOUSE was held on 19/10/2024 at PIS SAMASTIPUR. Nearly 1200 parents attended the Parents Teachers Interaction. The parents were curious to know about the progress of their wards. The teachers were ready with the report cards, and they allayed the numerous questions posed by the parents. An ambience of discussion on matters of academics and otherwise was visible all around.

The members of this circle exchanged their views about the Academics and Extracurricular Activities of school. The discussion went on for 45 min.
The parents congratulated school management for the Board Results and expressed hopes for a higher benchmark in 2025. Some of the parents requested school management to give more focus on sports especially for younger kids. They appeared satisfied with the efforts put forth by the school in keeping Academics intact.

An act of Charity is one of the desirable outcomes of education. In keeping with this motto, the students of Podar International School, Samastipur decided to donate for others who are in need of help.
The students brought old books, stationery items, and packaged foodstuff for donation. The items were deposited at school and given to a local NGO for distribution amongst the underprivileged children of Samastipur. The office bearers of the NGO named ROTI BANK visited the campus and collected the items.
On this occasion, our Hon'ble Principal Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR addressed the students and motivated them to imbibe the spirit of Charity. The Vice Principal Mr. CHANDAN KUMAR CHAUDHARY also encouraged the students to make it a point to help others in whatever little ways they can.

The Podarites left their marks in District Level Sports Competitions and bagged medals and thereby brought glory to all of us. They participated in the Sports Competitions organized by Bihar State Sports Authority (BSSA) at Patel Ground in Samastipur last week and came up with flying colours.

The day was celebrated at PIS SAMASTIPUR with exemplary enthusiasm, beginning with Saraswati Vandana and followed by a series of cultural events ranging from speeches and skits to singing and dancing. The students welcomed each teacher by showering flower petals on them. Participants delivered inspiring speeches highlighting the importance of teachers and presented songs and dances to mark the occasion.

In keeping with the above-mentioned motto, we organized a MOCK FIRE DRILL at our campus. It took place just after the assembly. A live demonstration of how to extinguish a fire and the measures to take during an emergency was conducted. The demonstration and evacuation were carried out under the able guidance of our School Leadership Team and Admin Staff.
Our Principal, Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear, began the event with a brief outline of emergency situations and highlighted the importance of learning safety and rescue measures.

PIS SAMASTIPUR organized its second HOUSE COMPETITION of the Academic Session (2024-25) on the broad theme of Plastic Plastic Everywhere.
All four houses named AQUA, VENTUS, IGNIS, and TERRA participated in this competition. It was divided into two categories: one for primary grades and another for secondary. The sub-theme for the primary grades was Plastic Upcycling Challenge, wherein the participants showcased items upcycled from plastic waste. The sub-theme for the secondary grades was School Plastic Survey, where participants conducted a survey to reveal the plastic footprints of the school.
VENTUS won the competition in the Secondary Category, whereas TERRA won in the Primary Category.
The homework done by the participants was inspiring under the able guidance of their House Mentors. The Vice Principal and Event Coordinator addressed the students and assured them of efforts to minimize the plastic footprints of the school.

Braving the hot and humid morning, PIS Samastipur celebrated the 78th Independence Day with enthusiastic fervor. The celebration began at 8 AM with the flag hoisting by our Hon'ble Principal, Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear. The hoisting was followed by a series of cultural presentations, ranging from songs and dances to speeches and skits.
The students, through their soulful presentations, evoked a deep sense of patriotism. Our Hon'ble Principal addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of contributing to the nation's cause, with 'Nation First' being his essential message to the children. The Second Welfare Meeting of the academic Session (2024-25) for the Girls was organized at Podar International School, Samastipur. It was presided over by hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear and addressed by the senior female teachers.
The meeting was focused on the safety of the students and their overall awareness ranging from personal hygiene to school etiquette. The students were informed about the challenges of adolescence and the required strategies to manage them. The teachers offered the students some useful tips regarding health and hygiene.
Hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear highlighted the importance of discipline in academic as well as general life of a student. He further guided the students on how to manage stress and maintain well being.
The girls also responded to the queries posed by the teachers and participated in a meaningful dialogue. Such types of welfare meetings reiterate the importance of regular exchange of views between the students and the teachers.

Marking the EARTH DAY, the students of Podar International School Samastipur organized a special assembly highlighting the fragile state of our ecosystem.
The students, through a skit, expressed the understanding of co-existence of all the components of our ecosystem and emphasized the need to save ecological diversity. The thrust was on how plastic has been damaging our entire environment today. The participants threw light on the GREAT PACIFIC GARBAGE PATCH and showed how such damages alter the very health of our oceanic system and cause a severe damage to the aquatic fauna.

The students presented write-ups, posters and paintings to highlight the damages done to our environment by the reckless use of plastic and the urgent need for sustainable alternatives.

It was the last day of the first theme named Ink And Imagination. The Culminating Event named COMIC EXTRAVAGANZA was observed with inspiring enthusiasm at PIS SAMASTIPUR.
As per the broad guidelines of the theme the thrust was to enliven the ambience with costumes and dialogues of the world of comics. The children were excited in role playing and dialogue delivery of famous comic characters ranging from Superman, Spider-Man to our native grown characters. The participants dressed up after these characters. Some were busy making posters while others performed skits. The decoration of the classes was awesome.
Our Hon'ble Principal Mr PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR paid a visit to each of the classes and minutely observed the efforts put forth by the kids. He appreciated their sense of involvement and motivated them to keep such creative efforts alive. In keeping with the activities that shape the personality of its students, PIS Samastipur conducted an event named MIRROR MUSINGS on 11th & 12th of July 2024. The aim of this was to instill confidence amongst students. It was part of personality development programs nurturing an all round development of a child.
The topic was MIRROR MUSINGS: REFLECTING ON MY BRIGHTEST SELF. As per the theme the students were told about the two types of mentality: Growth Mentality and the Fixed Mentality. The first one i.e. the Growth Mentality stresses upon an individual's ability to face challenges and adapt and grow. The second Mentality i.e. Fixed Mentality says that nothing can be done as all the finer traits found in an individual are since birth. No modifications can be made.
Accordingly the students were guided and they responded nicely through their work.

It was a very special day as the 1st OPEN HOUSE of the Academic Session (2024-25) was underway at Podar International School Samastipur. The preparation for this day started a week ago with evaluation of the answer sheets and the decoration of classes and the school premises. Everyone was aglow with excitement.
It started at 9am and continued till 2pm. A large number (well over 1000) of parents along with their wards visited the campus and had a deep discussion with the teachers about their wards on matters of academic and behavioral issues.
There was an atmosphere of satisfied engagement. The students were happy to see their fruits of labor. The teachers were busy motivating the students while discussing their results. Overall it was a robust success for us all.

The yoga session was conducted under the guidance of the Sports Faculty with the objective of sharing the transformative power of yoga, emphasizing its ability to awaken and heal both mind and body. The session included demonstrations and teachings of various yoga asanas, highlighting their benefits for physical and mental health.
Students were introduced to Pranayama techniques and stretching exercises designed to alleviate issues such as stress, depression, backaches, exhaustion, cervical pain, and obesity.

A teacher's life revolves round a lifelong quest for learning. A teacher constantly evolves and imparts his/her learning to students.
In keeping with this necessity of grooming, an 8 hour long training program was organized on 14/06/2024 at PIS SAMASTIPUR. The resources persons were Mr. RAJU BHADKE & Mrs. HEMA SHETTY from PIC, Mumbai. It was also attended by the teachers of PIS MUZAFFARPUR.
The program was inaugurated by Hon'ble Principal of PIS SAMASTIPUR , Mr. PARVEEN KUMAR ZEAR with lighting of lamp followed by a short address. In his address he highlighted the importance of teachers' training programs and asked the teachers to implement the outcomes of such trainings in their pedagogical plans.
The resource persons conducted various activities to bring home the point of Classroom Management. They discussed different ways of how to engage students in a rewarding teaching environment. The program was designed beautifully laying emphasis on sharing of experiences by the teachers. It was also addressed by respected Principal of PIS MUZAFFARPUR, Mr. UMAKANT TIWARI and esteemed Vice Principal of PIS SAMASTIPUR, Mr. CHANDAN KUMAR CHOUDHARY.
It had been a place of hectic activities of sports and fun and creativity of the Podarites for a fortnight. The SUMMER CAMP was a truly successful event characterized by a huge participation of the students coupled with an inspiring enthusiasm of the trainers.
Today the SUMMER CAMP came to an end at PIS SAMASTIPUR with an array of programmes ranging from singing and dancing to fun activities. Hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear addressed the students and trainers present there. He encouraged the students to keep the habit of learning forever and thanked the trainers for completing this mega event.
Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear presented all the trainers Certificates of Appreciation. Also , he assured of organizing such a camp on a larger scale next year. All the students were quite satisfied with this fortnight long camp and looked forward to participating in the next camp next year.

'Creative pursuit gives meaning to life.'
It's a lovely day as cool breeze rustled green leaves in the morning at the campus of Podar International School, Samastipur. It's the day of inauguration of the much awaited event, SUMMER CAMP (2024-25).
The event began with an address by Hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear, who outlined the importance of creating engagements during summer holidays. He talked about the various sports and skills that would be taught in the camp. Later he inaugurated the event by kicking the ball.
The camp started at 6:30 AM and continued till 8:30 AM. In total 173 students attended today. In the camp 7 skills are on the menu ranging from Cricket, Football to Dance & Arts. The students will learn these skills from the expert coaches.
The children were excited and enjoyed this experience. The camp will continue till 24th of MAY 2024.

Imagining characters and giving them attributes is a great form of creativity. Comics creators are creative geniuses.
As part of the Thematic Event, INK AND IMAGINATION, the first HOUSE COMPETITION was held on 04/05/2024. The topic of this competition was COMIC TRIVIA TOURNAMENT. It essentially was a quiz competition. The selected students were grouped into four teams each consisted of four participants representing four houses respectively. There were 32 questions. The winner was AQUA HOUSE.
Hon'ble Principal Mr Parveen Kumar Zear addressed the teams and encouraged them to keep such activities going as they are intended to shape general awareness of a child. Later he would present the winners certificates.

Bullying is a cruel and toxic trait. It creates temporary as well as permanent scars. In younger years it is a very traumatic experience to be bullied.
In keeping with this Podar International School, Samastipur organized a Special Assembly today i.e. 04 May 2024 to mark WORLD BULLYING PREVENTION DAY. The senior students put up a skit related to bullying. The message of this presentation was loud and clear: SAY NO TO BULLYING.
The Assembly was addressed by Hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear who highlighted the ill impacts of bullying. He made it clear that there is ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY against bullying at the campus.
The first Boys' Welfare Meeting of the Academic Session (2024-25) was organized on 27/04/2024 at Podar International School, Samastipur. The chief agenda of the meeting was safety and grooming of the students.
In an hour long meeting hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear addressed the students and detailed the importance of values in personality development. He emphasized on discipline and etiquette for grooming a child.
The meeting was also attended by the Vice Principal and other Welfare Committee Members. They highlighted the importance of health and hygiene of the students. The topic of Adolescence and its Challenges was also discussed at length.
The participating students raised some relevant questions and concerns of themselves and got meaningful responses thereof.
The first Welfare Meeting of the Academic Session 2024-25 for the Girls was organized on 25/04/2024 at Podar International School, Samastipur. It was presided over by hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear and addressed by the senior female teachers.
The meeting was focused on the safety of the students and their overall awareness ranging from personal hygiene to school etiquette. The students were informed about the challenges of adolescence and the required strategies to manage them. The teachers offered the students some useful tips regarding health and hygiene. Hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear highlighted the importance of discipline in academic as well as general life of a student. He further guided the students on how to manage stress and maintain well being.
The girls also responded to the queries posed by the teachers and participated in a meaningful dialogue. Such types of welfare meetings reiterate the importance of regular exchange of views between the students and the teachers.
'A Day Without Laughter Is A Day Wasted.'
We all realize the importance of laughter. It is a therapy. It breaks the monotony of routined life and thus offers much needed relief. The importance of laughter for children is all the more as it is a proven antidote to stress.
In keeping with this in mind Podar International School Samastipur organized a special assembly aptly named 'The Legends of Laughter ' in commemoration of four legendary comic creators - two Indians and two Americans. There were Anant Pai, Pran Kumar Sharma, Stan Lee and Charles Schulz. The assembly was basically in the form of Role Plays by the students. The students posed themselves as these creators and participated in an Interview wherein they talked about their lives and their inspirations behind the comic creations the gave to us.

On 04.04.2024, the students of Grade (1 to 8) participated in their first activity of their new Academic Calendar (2024-25) : Jumpstart Activity
The theme of the activity was "Ink and Imagination- Crafting Tales Through Comics'. The students showed their inner talents expressing through different media. They wrote about their favorite superheroes.
The Jumpstart Event has activities that are supposed to be carried out before the theme is introduced in the school. The motive is to immerse the students in the theme without directly telling them what it is all about.
It was a special occasion at Podar International School, Samastipur as we embarked on a new Academic Session (2024-25). A special assembly was organized to mark this day. It was attended by New students along with the old ones. The assembly had all the regular features required for a new beginning. It was addressed by our Hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear who outlined the importance of a new Academic Session for students as well as for the other concerned stakeholders. He welcomed the newly admitted students. Importantly, he emphasized the value of hard work and urged the students to put their best efforts forward.
On 02 April 2024 awareness Programme was held from 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM in Multipurpose Hall for School Transport Employees. It was chaired by Honourable Principal, Parveen Kumar Zear. HM, AO, RTS, Bus Didis and Bus Drivers actively participated in the awareness programme.
The main purpose of such a programme was to guide and deliver proper safety and security instructions to the bus employees while handling students on the bus and to impart the awareness about the good touch and bad touch among the bus employees. It was concluded that once in a month such meetings would be held under the vigilance of the Principal Sir for the effective monitoring of the behavioural conduct of the employees as per the imparted instructions.

It was a very special day at Podar International School, Samastipur on 31 March 2024, as we organized the Parents' Orientation Programme for the new parents who trusted in us and got their wards admitted at our school.
The programme was planned as well as executed in three slots starting at 11:30 AM and ending at 3:00 PM. We were thrilled to see the parental support in terms of their strength and active participation.
The programme began with an encouraging speech delivered by our hon'ble Principal Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear, who highlighted the importance and intention of such a programme in schooling of a child. The Leadership Team of teachers detailed about the system working at our school. There were Q/A sessions too. The parental involvement was quite noticeable. Overall it was a memorable event.

It was the result day at PIS, SAMASTIPUR as we organized our 4th OPEN HOUSE on 30/03/2024. The inflow of parents along with their wards started at 9am and it continued till 2:30pm. It was incredibly successful in terms of parents' participation in fruitful parents-teachers dialogue.
The parents were very satisfied with the efforts this school puts on its students. They appreciated our journey of shaping young minds.

As the sun started shedding its rays, the drums of enthusiasm blew out loud welcoming our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear, Vice Principal Sir, Mr Chandan Kumar Choudhary, Headmistress Ma'am, Rashmi Chandel and the Guests of the Day who walked the ground of pomp of glare.

After a captivating Oath Taking Ceremony, the awestricken torch light run began with which our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear announced the commencement of the 8th Annual Sports Meet, 2023-24, the roar of enthusiasm blew high.
Our Honourable Principal Sir, stepped forward to motivate the students and preached the importance of the stamina which lies in the hearts of Sportsmen. Complimenting his speech we were honored to have a few words of wisdom and knowledge passed on by our Honourable Guest, Mr. Umakant Tiwari, PIS, Muzaffarpur and Headmistress Ma'am.
After a very enjoyable and energetic start the program began which was an album of musical drills and superb races.
From Parachutes to Handkerchiefs, and Poms Poms to Balls the event was beautifully designed. The Umbrellas, Dumbbells and Tambourines added to the glory of the event making it a spectacular sight to see.
We not only had races for students but also for our parents and teachers who participated in the activities and performed outstandingly.

After a successful and enthusiastic tournament of Boys' Cricket Championship, Podar International School, Samastipur keeps the spirit of the Podarites unbeatable by organizing an Inter House Cricket Championship for Girls of Grades 7 to 10.
Our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear, declared the commencement of the Match by choosing the Houses who were to face each other on the ground.
The first Match was played (11.12.2023) between the two Houses of Ventus and Aqua where the yellow house of Ventus ruled the field by winning the game.
The Second Match (13.12.2023) witnessed the daring teams of Houses Terra and Ignis where the green team took all the praises by winning the Match.
The final game (13.12.2023) was played between Ventus and Terra House which was very excited and challenging to watch. After a tough fight the green flag flew high as House Terra won the match.
As the ground echoed with the sound of claps and applause, our Honourable Vice Principal Sir, Mr Chandan Kumar Choudhary stepped ahead to motivate the students and encouraged them to keep facing the challenges of life by never giving up.

As the students show more eagerness in learning and knowing about Mythology, Podar International School, Samastipur organizes a colorful and unique House Competition on the theme of Wall of Myths.
The event was beautifully designed and organized by the talented students of each of the Houses.
Our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear stepped forward to motivate the students and encouraged them to showcase the best of their skills.
The Competition was all about adorning the Soft Boards assigned to the Houses with awestricken information on Mythologies of countries namely - Greece, Japan, Egypt and Mesopotamia.
The students worked in groups and presented their works wonderfully. They expressed their work of research in the selected words which they spoke as they were bound by time.
The Competition was tough and challenging for the Judges to announce the winners. But as the philosophy of life says that every game declares a winner and so has been the declaration.
The First Position was bagged by the ignited House of Team Ignis.
The Second position was taken by the calm but strong waves of Team Aqua.
The Third Position was captured by the strong currents of Wind - Team Ventus.
The Last Position was occupied by the green leafed House of Team Terra.
The event was wonderfully displayed and the efforts put in by the students left a wondrous mark of beauty.

As the waving clouds of Autumn bid us a Goodbye, the shivering winds of winter enter our lives, so to fill this wintery season with sparks of heat, Podar International School, Samastipur organizes an Inter House Cricket Championship, 2023-24, for Boys of Grades 7 to 10, to beat the drums of enthusiasm.
Our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear stepped forward to take out the names of the Houses which were to perform against each other.
On the first day (04.12.2023) two of our dedicated houses, Team Ignis and Team Ventus faced each other unapologetically and with striking sixes and fours, Team Ventus won the match.
On the second day (05.12.2023) a challenging match was played against Team Aqua and Team Terra in which the Green Flag flew high, beating the Team Aqua.
The final wait was over as, on 06.12.2023, the finalists faced each other and Team Terra and Team Ventus pulled up their socks to set the ground on blaze.
After a series of sixes and fours, the lions of the Green House roared out loud and waved the flag high as Team Terra won the tournament.
Our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear congratulated the winners and inspired all the players to keep batting and bowling on the pitch of life.

In this critical era, Podar International School, Samastipur organized a very significant session in the Special Assembly on "Mobile and Drug Addiction Awareness."
Highly qualified and talented members of the reputable organization Brahma Kumaris joined us to preach the message of modesty and humbleness. We had Mr. BK Rajiv Dhawan, Ms. BK Savita and Mr. BK Tarun with us who filled our mornings of 03.11.2023 and 04.11.2023 with thoughts of spirituality and wisdom.
Our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear cordially welcomed the guests and honored them magnificently. Furthermore, he motivated all the students to actively lend their ears to the knowledgeable and much needed session which can not only help us to become good students but also good individuals.
As Mr. BK Dhawan took over the stage, he enthralled everyone with his mesmerizing speech and the powerful words used by him throwing light on the social evil of Addiction. He emphasized on the greatness and the divinity which lies in a soul and by including some brilliant activities he concluded the session with an oath. An oath taken by all promising to be an active part in the mission of eradicating Addiction.
The session ended with claps roaring inside the campus and happy faces of all the learners who not only learnt a good lesson but got the approach towards a healthier life.

Understanding the significance of Entrepreneurship and the unique ideas taking birth from it, We organized an innovative House Competition on the theme "Pitch it - The Clash of Advertisements".
This innovative program was designed to motivate the students to culminate their ideas and present it wonderfully. Students of each House worked in groups and made a wonderful presentation of the advertisement of the kind of business they wanted to initiate.
All the ideas were beautifully composed and presented brilliantly. Undoubtedly it was a cut throat Competition and choosing the best out of all was really very difficult.
The Judges including our Honourable Principal, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear and Vice Principal, Mr Chandan Kumar Choudhary, discussed the points and finally came to a conclusion.

The students of Grade VIII came forward with a magnificent skit which beautifully presented a Podcast held among Entrepreneurs and the much awaited audience.
The students were dressed for the act and played their parts perfectly, three students played the roles of three successful entrepreneurs who interacted with the audience answering their questions.
The conversation covered many intectual topics of how a business works and what is the role of an entrepreneur in it. It also raised the significant concern which is often ignored by many, the damages caused to the environment in the process of building an empire. The discussion among the students clarified that the goal of a healthy environment can be achieved by sustainable development which allows the future generations to utilize the resources efficiently.
The skit was composed wonderfully and the presentation left everyone spellbound with applause.

The program began with the most awaited and cherish able moment of Flag Hoisting, all heads held high with pride as the National Flag flew grandly in the blue sky. Following the indeed awestricken moment, came a break taking dance performance by the Girls of Grades VII-VIII who took everyone's appreciation with them.

To inculcate the idea of safety measures among our young Podarites, we organize a very important and meaningful "Fire Drill" to spread the message of safety rules which needs to be followed during the hour of need.
Our Honourable Principal, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear took the mighty initiative of conducting this brave activity by encouraging everyone to come forward and participate in the great event.
A bona-fide team of brave officers stormed the campus as they introduced many useful techniques to be used for our safety. The breathtaking team includes Surendra Singh, Fire Station Officer, Samastipur Ramesh Kumar, FireMan and Binay Kumar Jha, Home Guard who not only stole the limelight but also informed us about the small steps that can be taken together to overcome times of big troubles. Boys and Girls of Grades VI-X were seated separately and comfortably as the meeting commenced. The Committee members of each Council took the mighty task on their shoulders as they began informing the students the importance of wellbeing in life.

The grand program began with a motivating introduction given by District Coordinator, Dr. Abu Nasar (NCSTC Department of Science andTechnology). He proudly declared the commencement of the program which was followed by a heartfelt speech by our Honourable Principal, Mr Parveen Kumar Zear who not only spoke about the brilliance of Science but further stressed on the excellence attained from it.
After a zeal start the program was showered with the blessings of the Almighty, as Principal Sir along with the other dignitaries came forward to light the lamp of knowledge and wisdom which was accompanied by a soulful Saraswati Vardhana.

This meeting was held for the Boys with the aim of educating them on this significant topic of the hour.

Our Students of Grade III-IV were no less than any as they succeeded in matching the theme of "Match the Actions."
The Students of Grade V-VI presented their brilliant skills of guessing as required in the theme of "Guess The Fashion Brand."
The Students of Grade VII-VIII mastered their sense of creativity as they participated in the activity of "Designing a Quilt."
The event was joyful, wonderful and most importantly a happy start of the wonderous year of 2023.

Understanding the significance of learning and growing together, We organized a fruitful conduction of CBSE Workshop on IPS i.e Integrated Payment System. From 46 schools, Principals, IT Teachers and Exam ICs of Samastipur district joined the Workshop to engage themselves with the changing trends of the environment. The Workshop aimed at generating awareness about the dynamic payment system in the Post pandemic era which allowed various kinds of payments that are both feasible and reliable.
This innovative and informative session was conducted by our Honourable Principal Sir, Mr. Parveen Kumar Zear who was the Resource Person for this Workshop.
He took the mighty task on his responsible shoulders and delivered the message of growing by learning and experiencing.
The Workshop met with a zealous success as all the guests appreciated the time and energy devoted by our Honourable Principal Sir who introduced this new platform in a very simple yet informative way.
