The grade 7 students of Podar International School, Latur, embarked on an enriching educational trip to the Museum at Ter,Dust.Dharashiv. The purpose was to enhance their learning experience and expose them to historical and informative exhibits.

The Grade 1 students of Podar International School #Latur celebrated #Janmashtami with unwavering zeal and enthusiasm, showcasing their talent and knowledge about the life of Lord Krishna. The event was a spectacular display of devotion, cultural richness, and learning.

The young students embarked on a journey through the biography of Lord Krishna, starting from his miraculous birth, moving through the playful "Dahi Handi" tradition, exploring his enchanting "Rasleela," and culminating in the epic Mahabharata battle. Each phase of Lord Krishna's life was depicted with vivid and captivating presentations. Beyond the narrative, the focus was on the invaluable life lessons imparted by Lord Krishna at every stage of his life. The tiny stars of Grade 1 conveyed these teachings with remarkable clarity and understanding.

The Janmashtami assembly was witnessed by a delighted audience that included teachers, parents, and fellow students of Grade 1. The Teachers' Day celebration at Podar International School #Latur was a delightful and heartfelt event. The enthusiasm of the grade 10 students was palpable throughout the day. They began by welcoming all the teachers with beautiful greeting cards and saplings, symbolizing their love and appreciation.

The highlight of the day was the cultural program organized by the students, which included captivating music performances, graceful dances, engaging drama, and heartwarming duet songs featuring both students and teachers. It was a wonderful showcase of talent and collaboration.

To add to the fun, students set up recreational stalls for the teachers, offering a diverse range of activities in the food zone, game zone, and even nail and mehndi art stalls. This added a playful and enjoyable element to the celebration.

Nurturing Future Entrepreneurs:-Biz Kids Bazaar. Today Podar International School #Latur successfully conducted the Culminating Event Bizkids Bazaar .The event was not just about fostering entrepreneurial skills but also celebrating the rich tapestry of Indian traditional art forms. This unique blend of entrepreneurship and cultural heritage showcased the school's commitment to preserving and promoting India's artistic legacy.

Students were encouraged to explore,learning the fusion of age-old artistic techniques with contemporary business ideas, providing a platform for both creativity and commerce.

Integrated English Sessions. Under the unique theme Young Entrepreneurs, through the Integrated English sessions students of Grades 1 to 8 learned entrepreneur skills.

Along with the entrepreneurs skills students also have got the opportunity to learn about traditional Indian Art forms.

The main aspect of this module was not only to teach entrepreneurs skills but also to promote the traditional Indian Art forms.

Today culminating event-Tech O Mania was successfully conducted through which grades 1 to 8 students showcased various topics through models, role plays, poster presentations.

Podar International School #Latur,today conducted the first PTM of the academic session 2023-24 to declare the periodic test 1 exam result and students progress in academic and co-curricular area.The PTM came to an end with the conclusion that joint effort, mutual understanding and co-operation of parents and teachers is very important for the proper nourishment and progress of students.

The Investiture Ceremony 2023-24 was grandly celebrated at Podar International School, Latur today. The newly elected and selected members of the school council were shouldered upon the different responsibilities in various areas. The ceremony started with the lamp lighting by the Chief Guest Mr. Sanjiv Kumar DIG, CRPF,Latur.

On this gracious occasion, the Head Boys, Deputy Head Boys, Head Girls and Deputy Head Girls from both primary and secondary sections were felicitated with the badges and sashes by the Chief Guest, Mr. Sanjiv Kumar, Principal Giridhar Reddy, Vice Principals Mr. Anil Salve and Ms.Jyoti Nim and General Manager Mr. Prasad Pongse. Followed by it, Mr. Harshwardhan Agle, the Election Commissioner of the school gave every minute detail of the election process and the results of the Student Council Elections.

Head girl Ms. Shambhavi Misal shared her views with the audience with her plans and commitments for new academic year. World Nature Conservation Day is observed on 28 July every year. The main aim of this day is to spread awareness regarding the protection of nature and biodiversity for a healthy environment which is required for prospering humankind. It is also marked as the day to create positive opinions about climate change.

To raise awareness among the students about the conservation of the Nature, today students of Grade 9 presented informative assembly. Through the assembly presentations they performed meaningful musical skit. Students gave various messages through the poster presentations.

Grade 7 students gave various presentation to project the cultural activities of Ramzan Eid Celebration such as song, quawwaali, drama ,also made wonderful presentations to share the importance of "Zakat" and "Naat -E- Sharif".

Principal Mr. G. Reddy wished everyone for Ramzan Eid and remarked that Roza is more about control over our senses than hunger.
