Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect on 5th September 2025 to honour the contribution of teachers in shaping young minds. The school was filled with excitement and festive spirit right from the morning.

The day began with a special assembly where students expressed gratitude through speeches and quotes. Grade 10 students dressed as teachers and conducted classes, which created a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

A cake-cutting ceremony was held with the Principal and all teachers, followed by entertaining skits, dance performances, and games organised exclusively for teachers. The performances brought laughter and joy, making the celebration lively and heartwarming.

Podar International School, CBSE Kalyan conducted a Teacher’s Orientation Programme on 31st July 2025 as per the instructions from the IEC Department. The session aimed to enhance teaching effectiveness and ensure better academic planning for the upcoming term.

Solo Dance Competition - 2025

A Solo Dance Competition was organised in our school on the occasion of International Dance Day – 29th April 2025, with great enthusiasm and active participation from students across all grades. The competition aimed to provide students a platform to showcase their talent, rhythm, and passion for dance.

The competition was conducted in two rounds. The Semi-Final Round was held on 25th April 2025, where the top three finalists from each class were selected to advance to the Final Round. The Final Round took place on 29th April 2025 during the first lecture, and students performed solo dances in the categories of Classical, Devotional, and Patriotic. Each performance lasted for 1 minute 30 seconds.

The performances were evaluated on Choreography & Creativity, Rhythm & Timing, Expressions & Energy, Technique & Execution, and Confidence & Stage Presence. These criteria assessed the originality, synchronization with music, enthusiasm, precision, and stage confidence of the performers.

The competition not only highlighted the students’ talent and creativity but also encouraged self-confidence, discipline, and appreciation for the art of dance.     • School Leaving Certificate (can be submitted later if currently not available) (Std 2 onwards).
    • UDISE Number (Unified District Information System for Education) from current school (Std 2 onwards).
    • Student's previous/current class Report Card (Std 2 onwards).
    • Address proof (any one): a) Ration Card, b) Electricity Bill, c) Passport, d) Aadhaar Card.
    • Aadhaar card of any one parent/guardian.
    • PAN Card of any one parent/guardian.
    • Passport-size photograph of the student.
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  3. After submitting the online application form, if there are seats available in the standard that you have applied to, an email with a payment link for the first-term fees will be sent to you. Parents are requested to make the necessary payment online.

Offline Admission Process:

  1. Complete the application form either online or collect the form from the school.
  2. Please submit the completed application form along with the following documents at the School Office:
    • Photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate.
    • Photocopy of Student’s Aadhaar Card.
    • School Leaving Certificate (can be submitted later if currently not available) (Std 2 onwards).

  3. Please submit a cheque with the first term fees to the School Office. All payments at the school are to be made by cheque. Please mention the name of your ward and contact number on the rear side of the cheque. Fees once paid will be strictly non-refundable.
