We are here not to offer frigid schooling in order to just generate impressive score cards but we at Podar stand deeply committed to develop and equip our students for all the perceivable challenges of the 21st century. The vision, to be the best by raising the traditional standards of educational possibilities and outcomes for students, parents and society, requires 1. Right understanding of challenges 2. Focus on quality consciousness and 3. Mental agility and ability to learn afresh at all stages of life by adapting to dynamics of changes around us.
If we understand it correctly, for educators and parents, the challenge is to be ready and be flexible to adopt a new paradigm of education for 21st century. Are we enabling our children to live in a world which is increasingly diverse, tech savvy, globalised and media centric? The changes are so fast paced that those of us, in charge of preparing young minds to negotiate the curves and bumps of the road of life in a dynamic world, have no idea how things will look 5 years down the line much less in another 20-30 years. So what is expected when we look forward to 21st century education?
