I believe in building strong relationships with students, teachers, parents, and the wider community, creating a shared commitment to learning and continuous improvement. By promoting professional development among staff and embracing innovative teaching methods, we will ensure that our learners are prepared for the dynamic challenges of the 21st century.
In my role, I aim to uphold high standards of education, ensure the well-being of all students, and create opportunities for holistic development. Through strategic planning, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit, I will strive to make PODAR International School Binaki Nagpue not only a place of academic success but also a nurturing home for creativity, diversity, and lifelong learning. It is my aim and motto in this educational journey of 35 professional years since 1990 that I would be able to be with impressionable age individuals for impressions that mould and make life worthwhile and so schools after a successful career as an Indian Medical Association (IMA) qualified medical practitioner for a decade. In this burgeoning world of education I would like to be exemplary and visionary as I am with PODAR.
