PODAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL Dharashiv is amongst one of the reputed institutions in the field of education. This reputation is an achievement of our institution on account of our collective work in pedagogy, student-teacher interactions, parent-teacher interactions, feedback programs, apart from time-tested academic programs for the holistic development of students from the perspective of their development in values and knowledge.

We as an institution believe in sharing value-based education and minutely analyzed and time-tested skill imparting to the students. We believe in innovation and a creative approach to teaching and learning. For instance, our quarterly parent interaction program is designed to ensure that parents are updated about their children's academic activities and performance, and we receive feedback from parents about any grey areas in teaching, performance, or any other institution-related issue. We take feedback from parents positively and take reformative/corrective action accordingly.

Along with this, we have many such programs for academic and non-academic purposes designed to improve ourselves in delivering the best to the students, ensuring the satisfaction of parents, and upholding the trust bestowed upon us by society.

The School is aware of the FIR filed between two ex-staff members. The School is not a party to the FIR as it is a personal matter between the two adults. Both staff members are no longer in contact with the school students. The School will fully cooperate with the authorities in the ongoing investigation.

As an institution, we have taken all possible steps to ensure our values and institutional discipline are maintained by cooperating with the investigation agencies.

There are CCTV cameras fixed everywhere on the premises of the school. No illegal acts were committed by any person on the premises.

We would like to put on record that considering our collective achievement in academic and non-academic fields as an institution and our utmost faith in upholding values of transparency and accountability, we have maintained a disciplined approach toward any illegality while taking due care to avoid any misinformed action.

As stated earlier, we have terminated both the accused and the informant to buttress all doubts about bias. Now the law has to take its course, and we are here to cooperate with the investigation.
