It is a proud moment for Podar International School, Chinchwad to acknowledge Mast. Devansh Balaji Ekbote, who received a Participation Certificate of Record for being part of a Guinness Book of World Records achievement.
He contributed to setting the record for the fastest 100 m run on roller skates using two wheels, completing the distance in 20.22 seconds.
The record was created on 24th October 2025, with 300 participants, and was organised by Shivganga Skating Academy, Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
We congratulate Devansh on his dedication, speed, and remarkable effort, which has made the school and his parents immensely proud.

Heartiest Congratulations to Sohum!
We are proud to share that Master Sohum Koshti, a student of Std X Podar International School, Chinchwad, has successfully cleared Round 2 (Written Examination) and Round 3 (Group Discussion) and was shortlisted among the Top 12 candidates during the Personal Interview round of IIT Techfest Olympiad held at IIT Bombay campus on 22nd and 23rd December 2025 respectively.
Competing against over 30,000 students from across the country, Sohum’s consistent excellence earned him an All-India 6th Rank. He was felicitated today and received his certificate from Prof. R. K. Singh, Director – Olympiad Foundation, Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Champions Academy.
This remarkable achievement reflects Sohum’s dedication, confidence, and hard work. We wish him many more such successes ahead!
National Level Championship 2025 – Proud Moment for Our School
We are proud to announce that Mst. Rohan Mondal has emerged as the National Champion in the National Level Championship 2025, organised by Abacus and Vedic Arithmetic Study. Competing among 2,800 students nationwide, he secured the top position in NVM-3.
Rohan will be felicitated and awarded by Dr. Kiran Bedi on 22nd December 2025 at Dogra Hall, IIT Delhi.
Congratulations to Rohan and his family for this outstanding achievement, bringing great pride to our institution.
Speed, Skill, and Sporting Excellence
Master Shravan Bijaguppi, a proud student of Podar International School, Chinchwad, delivered an outstanding performance in Inline Skating at the State SGFI Skating Competition, where he secured 1st position and earned selection for the SGFI National Skating Competition in the Under-17 Inline Boys category.
Demonstrating exceptional speed, endurance, and technique, Shravan won one Gold medal in Road 1 Lap, along with two Silver medals in Road 3 km and Rink 1000 m race.
His remarkable achievement reflects dedication, disciplined training, and a strong competitive spirit, bringing great pride to the school.
Swar Shankar Interschool Singing Competition – 2025
Our students brought immense pride to Podar International School, Chinchwad at the “Swar-Shankar Interschool Music Competition” held on 21st November, 2025, organised by The Sound of Music Department of Indira National School, Wakad. With 25 schools participating, our students delivered outstanding performances that shone brightly among all competitors.
Our group singing team presented a beautifully coordinated and soulful performance, earning the Second Prize at the competition. Their harmony, confidence, and musical expression were truly commendable.
Heartiest congratulations to Ms. Riddhi Bakare (Class IX) for securing the First Prize in Solo Singing. Her powerful, expressive, and melodious rendition made a remarkable impact and won the hearts of both judges and the audience.
We are delighted to share that our Music Department was honoured with the Best Mentor Award for their exceptional guidance, training, and unwavering support.
